What you need, as a professional, is certainty. The certainty that comes from having a solid plan with goals that inspire you to get out of bed every morning. The certainty that comes from taking the right daily actions. The certainty that comes from making measurable progress toward your goals each and every week.
Hope implies there are two potential outcomes: the one you want, and the one you don't.
Certainty means you know that you know that you KNOW you will accomplish your desired outcome, come Hell or high water, illness, injury, delays, or denials. Right?
Yes.
