In my business the biggest challenge is to create a consistent flow of business. During busy times, I lose focus on prospecting and taking action on building new business. Because of this I end up with little business in the future months, until I focus again on prospecting. The challenge is to organize myself and to create structures in my business so that all aspects of my business (prospecting, sales, closing, marketing, etc) are growing consistently.
